Each week's dance style and music will match the themes you'll see on the main Strictly Come Dancing Saturday night show, so you can master the steps and get plenty of exciting warm up before the main show starts! In every quick 7-minute episode, three of your favourite Strictly Come Dancing professional dancers step into a virtual Strictly ballroom for the ultimate dance challenge. One Pro takes the lead and demonstrates a routine, it's up the other two Pros to then battle it out in a dance off! Will they earn their 10s?
